Born and raised in Fairfield, CT, Kate is an expert in terms of Darien real estate. She has been a Police Officer, serving the town of Darien for over 16 years. Prior to that she worked in Marketing and has a wealth of knowledge in regards to productive marketing strategies for you and your home.
She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a certificate in Communication from St. Anselm College which helped her learn the ins and outs of people and effective ways to make deals. A Master’s Degree in Justice Administration only furthered her understanding of productive interactions and communication.
Her outgoing personality combined with her educational and working background make her a great addition to the Houlihan Lawrence team. Her Law Enforcement career gives her an additional insight that no other agents can provide. Kate is excited to show both buyers and sellers the benefits of Darien and the surrounding communities.

Kate is a member of Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors,
the Valley Board of Realtors, and SmartMLS.
Kate is actively involved nationally with the non-profit organization Operation Enduring Warrior. The organization’s mission is to honor, empower, and motivate our nation’s wounded military and law enforcement veterans through physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation. The programs help participants overcome adversity and hardship through innovation, teamwork, and perseverance. This ultimately enables the lives of our wounded military and public service veterans to go in directions they may have once thought were impossible.
In her spare time, Kate is an active ultra runner and hunter. She is a member of the Live Loud Running Team. Fun fact, for her 39th birthday, Kate ran 100 miles from Milford to Middlebury and back. She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, but has put most of her training to the side for now to focus on real estate for the Darien and surrounding communities.
Kate received her undergraduate degree from St. Anselm College, majoring in Sociology with a concentration in Communications. She then went on to receive her Masters of Justice Administration from Norwich University where she was Valedictorian, and a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.
